DESCRIPTION |
Le Cerisier is a Charentaise Farmhouse just outside the village
of Courcoury to rent between Saintes and Cognac in the Charente
Maritime Department of Poitou Charentes, South West France.
It is ideal for holidays and longer term letting. It has five (5)
bedrooms with three (3) en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom
sleeping ten (10) people. The large 12mtr x 6mtr swimming pool is
has its own facilities.
This Gite holiday accommodation is close to the beaches at Royan and
La Palmyre Zoo.
Futuroscope in Poitiers is a fun day out for both adults and
children.
It is ideal for family holidays, group golfing trips as well as bird
watching and fishing. |

Pool:
The private 12 by 6 metres enclosed pool has a shallow end of approx. 1 m and a deep end of approx. 2 ms.

Living Room:
The living room has a beam running the length of the room and
has French doors leading to the rear terrace. There are 3 three-seater
leather sofas and coffee tables. The room has a UK satellite TV and
DVD player. A light airy room with ceramic tiles and a sideboard
with a few games.

Kitchen:
A large kitchen with a traditional partly renovated fireplace and
sink at the rear of the building. It is fully equipped with large
fridge, dishwasher, large cooker, microwave/grill, toaster and
plenty of cupboard space. There is sufficient cutlery and crockery
for 10 people as well as pots and pans etc. There is a table and 6
chairs at the window end of the kitchen.

Dining room:
A big room with a beam running the length of the room, a traditional
fireplace and 2 exposed walls. There is an oak table and chairs with
matching sideboard and mirror. A light airy room with ceramic floor
tiles and a highchair.

Bedrooms:

The Master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, king size bed, oak beams
and en suite with large 1.4m shower, wash bowl and WC.

Bedroom 2 has a large King Size Bed and Shower Room.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds, oak beams and an en-suite with large 1.1m
shower, wash basin and WC.

Terrace:
French doors leading out of the living room to the lit terrace area
which has beautiful open views to the rear. Outside there are two
tables and ten chairs as well as a large BBQ to enjoy the Al Fresco
evenings or the relaxed lunch times.
